Wed, 23 Dec 2009

Excessive sweating is a very real and very common health issue that affects a vast number of our population. This issue known as hyperhidrosis can be socially and emotionally crippling especially for younger people. Those that suffer from excessive sweating typically avoid sports practice, crowded events and other social occasions. The embarrassment caused by this issue can also have a very real effect on dating and interacting with other people.

Although no one knows the exact cause of hyperhidrosis there are ways to effectively manage the symptoms and get your life back! Unfortunately most people suffering from excess sweat are too embarrassed to even seek professional advice. There is a taboo associated with this condition that relates to a lack of hygiene and a nervous, flighty personality. It is important to remember that this is a medical condition that is not related to the above.
