Let me know how many of you breath through your mouth just because your nasal passages are blocked? Most people do not understand that these problems are just because of the way we adapt to it.
In this method the oxygen will be delivered but this is not the proper method. If we couldn't able to breathe through nose, then we are trying to breath through mouth.
The are five cranial nerves that deliver signals from different parts of brain in nose. These nerves are responsible for warming filtering, moisturizing, dehumidifying, air and also for smelling. But this is not present in the mouth.
The lungs taken in oxygen in both inhale and exhale and the nostrils are much smaller than the mouth. When we use our nose to breath the air coming in and going out will be in much slower manner and this helps the lungs to capture the needed oxygen and deliver it to the blood. And blood delivers the oxygen to teh organs and other tissues.
Breathing in and out through the nose also maintains proper balance between carbon dioxide and oxygen. When mouth breathing, carbon dioxide is lost to quickly, resulting in poor oxygen absorption.
Over time, mouth breathing can result in chronic halitosis (bad breath), not to mention more serious health risks such as asthma, snoring and sleep apnea, which can then lead to hypertension (high blood pressure).
Other people who are affected by chronic illness their nasal passages will change their breathing method and they will get used to mouth breathing. There are people who suffer from deviated spectrum or chronic sinus conditions and that will always force them to breath through mouth.
Most of them do not realize that when they are awake they are not taking oxygen properly. And many peoples unless said by their sleeping partners do not know that they snore and stop breathing while sleeping.
For many short term illnesses, there are of course, medications to help alleviate the problem but all medications have potentially serious side effects, even over the counter medications. This is especially true if one is already taking medications heart conditions such as hypertension.
It is highly recommended if you snore. My stop snoring program will help you to get rid of snoring and mild sleep apnea. The exercises mentioned are all natural and highly effective. This will be very helpful for people who have bad breath because of sinus infections.
