Here are two steps to lowering your biological age, increasing your energy and getting things done.
Step 1 - Super Hydrate with quality water...

So a fundamental key to having the energy you need to get things done is to make sure your body is running efficiently by flooding it on a daily basis with clean water. By super hydrating your body with water!
Given your body is around 70% water doesn't it makes sense to give it what it needs? Here are some body water percentages to back up the claim...
Your brain is 76% water.
Your muscles are 75% water.
Even your bones are made up of 25% water.
So would it surprise you to learn that research tells us that around 60 - 70% of the population suffer from dehydration each day! No wonder so many people complain about have energy slumps throughout the day and not getting things done.
Now I am not talking about drinking coffee or coke here because these types of drinks add extra acid into your system along with a little water.
The problem here is your body needs to flush the acids out of you immediately to take care of you. And guess what? The process of flushing acids out of you requires water! The very same water that could have gone to your brain for sharper thinking or your muscles for greater performance and energy.
Are you aware that your brain gets first crack at any water you drink? That's how important water is to your brain! Plus it also explains why you get an ice cream headache when you drink really cold water really fast!
It also helps to explain why 90% of all headaches are due to dehydration? So if you get a headache, the tip is to drink plenty of water and in 20 minutes, your headache should be gone!

Now if you would like to lose some weight, drink more water!

Step 2 - Eat As Much As You Can Of Live Water Rich Foods
