Tue, 17 Nov 2009

Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is a condition that many people suffer from. This excessive sweating mostly affects the underarms. There are some things that you can do to stop the problems.

Here are some excessive underarm sweating cures:

1. Eat healthy foods and avoid junk food. Your body temperature will remain cool if you eat fruits, vegetables, fish, and dairy products. You should also stay away from spicy foods.

2. Stay hydrated by consuming a lot of water. IT is recommended to drink eight glasses of water per day. You can also get rid of toxins in your body by drinking green tea.

3. If you want to stop your underarms from sweating excessively you should also lower the amount of alcohol you drink. Your body temperature will be increased from alcohol because it raises your heart rate. The sweat pours on your skin will also dilate due to alcohol which causes more underarm sweat.

4. You should also stop smoking cigarettes to stop sweating. Your adrenaline increases due to smoking which will cause you to sweat. The same thing will happen if you consume too much caffeine. You will need to stop doing both of those things.

5. Wearing light clothing can also stop you from sweating excessively. You should choose fabrics that allow your skin to breathe. If you wear natural fibers and loose clothing you will keep your body temperature low.

Cotton clothing will absorb sweat as well as allow the air to flow through. You will not get any ventilation if you wear clothes like polyester and nylon, so avoid those fabrics.

6. Being relaxed and calm will also help your sweating problem. Your sweat glands will be activated if you are agitated which will raise body temperature. If you meditate and practice regular breathing you can avoid mental stress.
