The bottom line is, you can have all the weight loss knowledge in the universe, but unless you use it, you might as well know nothing.
The answers to weight loss and fitness lie with action.
Action will tell you what works- and what does not. Action will lead you to new and more effective actions. Now let's say like me, you avoided real exercise for pretty much your entire life.
If you continue to do nothing, nothing will change. However, if you just start with something [even walking] you are getting on the straightest path to transforming your body, mind, and future.
Let's say you try going for a walk early in the morning. Then you find out there just isn't time. RATHER THAN QUIT, you need to find another time when it does work [or find something else to do].
The most critical aspect of weight loss is right there.
When something does not work out, you do NOT quit. You look for an alternative solution. And as long as you keep taking action, the ideal solution will present itself. Maybe it will be a walk after lunch, or right before bed.
It does not matter what exercise you do. What matters is that you get into the habit of doing SOMETHING. And to get into the habit, you must keep taking action, even if your action at first does not work for you.
Depending on your age and physical limitations, you can work up to brisk walking, walking and running, or just running. Your body will let you know when it's time for a bigger challenge.
However, you must get started [and keep doing] something until your brain has time to hard wire that new choice. And just like making a path in tall grass, the more you take that same path, the more permanent it becomes. [Meaning the habit is becoming more deeply ingrained into your mind.]
How do you succeed at keeping these new habits?
You have a thought ready in your mind that's so powerful it won't let you quit.
You only have one precious body and life. Get started today on your new future. I promise you'll never look back.
