Excessive Underarm Sweating - 2 Easy Ways to Rid Yourself of Underarm Sweat
Thu, 12 Nov 2009

Excessive underarm sweating is a pretty hazardous condition. Contrary to popular belief, it can actually lead to death (through dehydration, but that's an article for another day). Of course, this is not unique to underarm perspiration. Sweating excessively in general can still cause death. In this article though, you will discover how to specifically end excessive underarm sweating with 2 natural cures.

Cure #1 - Lime Juice

Sounds surprising? Maybe, but it's true! Lime juice is a highly effective cure for excessive perspiration, especially in the underarm region. In fact, it can help you to whiten your armpits as well! Talk about killing 2 birds with 1 stone eh?

So here is what you need to do. Head over to the kitchen (or the grocery store if you don't have one) and pick out a half-ripe lemon. Then, take out your knife and cut it into 2 pieces. After that, each piece to rub either side of your armpit. Of course, before you do so, make sure you've taken your shirt off. Also, make sure that before you put your shirt back on, you allow the lime juice to dry up. If not, you will end up with stains on your shirt, and that is definitely something you don't want.

Cure #2 - Cotton Pads

This second cure is just as effective as the first one. What you have to do is this.

Make a little mixture of baking soda and lime juice. After you've done that, soak your cotton pads in this mixture for a short while (1-2 minutes will actually be enough). Then, dab them under your arms. This, along with the first cure, is incredibly effective in curing excessive underarm sweating. Plus, you will feel a lot fresher throughout the course of the day!

So there you have it. These 2 cures can help you put an end to your excessive underarm sweating once and for all.
