Do You Have Enough Energy Cycles? Do You Suffer From Chronic Fatigue?

Every day gives us a limited supply of energy that your body produces for you to burn each day. You could refer to them as your supply of "energy cycles". The problem is that there is a greater need for more energy cycles than your body has produced for you each day. Lots of people just run out of gas at the end of the day and are so tired they just collapse on the couch. Some of you develop longer term health problems because you ran out of cycles before you got to exercise. Your lack of energy cycles may to a contributing factor to your chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, stress, digestive problems like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or other everyday health challenges. You then hope you get enough uninterrupted sleep to recover the used up energy cycles and hope that enough cycles have been generated overnight to take care of the next day.

Where do all of your energy cycles go? Well, you start with devoting and using up a majority of these cycles to making a living, working a job, running a business or being a full time parent or student. You hopefully give a few cycles to some sort of exercise - going to the gym, walking, running, cycling or playing your favorite sport. If you're a student you give a bunch to making it through your classes (trying to stay awake) and putting in the late night study hours. As a parent you devote a whole bunch of energy cycles to helping raise the kids, shuffle them to and and from school, coaching them on a sports teams or just helping them with life's every day lessons. You hopefully give your spouse enough energy cycles in word and deed to maintain a health marriage and friendship. For must of you everyday life will just use up all your energy cycles.

Image for a moment if you were to wake up tomorrow and five minutes later you felt like going straight to your workout or to walk/run that day and you felt awesome afterward. Your start to notice that mental energy has increased dramatically. You notice that your focus, memory and creativity is even surprising yourself at times. You feel 10 years younger and start noticing things around you that you haven't in a long time..like the shoulder pain is not there today like it normally is. You make it through that "after the lunch sleepy period" and work until the end of the day without the afternoon "almost falling asleep at your computer" episode.

You notice that now when you go to bed, you're tired but feel like you could stay up another hour to work on that "to do" list. Your sleep is so restful and refreshing and full of dreams that are as vivid as a movie at the local theater and you remember them the next day. It's like your getting plugged into a new energy source at night and waking up with a fully charged pack!!!....You deserve this feeling and you owe it to yourself and family to have all the energy cycles you need in a day. You owe it to your health to not deal with the down side of cronic fatigue or stress.
