Do you have digestive problems and bloating? They go together you know. In this article I will tell you what causes digestive bloating and how to avoid it.
When you eat does your stomach inflate even though you seem to be eating the right things? Do you wake up in the morning feeling pretty good, but after breakfast there goes your stomach again...puffing up like a balloon?
And the worst part of it is that you are stuck with that puffy stomach all day and you just don't feel right.
If that describes you, then you probably are experiencing a lot of gas too. And maybe your bowel movements are unpredictable, discolored and just not what they should be. Some days you don't go at all or are constipated, other days it's very difficult, and then other days...diarrhea.
If these digestive problems and bloating describe you, then you probably have a very out-of-sorts digestive system and most likely irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Whether these problems are caused by IBS or other causes of constipation, you need to get your digestive system straightened out at the core.
When you get your digestive system straightened out, the digestive problems and bloating will take care of themselves.
Actually, bloating and other stomach discomforts are always the results in all cases of constipation.
So how do I stop this problem? You must take a comprehensive approach to getting at the root of the problems...one that will solve all your digestive difficulties.
The answer is to eat the right foods, at the right times, in the right amounts and in the right way. There is more to this approach than I can write here, but for starters:
1. Chew your food well.
2. Relax and eat more slowly.
3. Stay away from fatty foods.
4. Do not overeat.
Overeating puts a huge burden on your whole digestive system, which can result in digestive problems and bloating.
