Are There REAL Exercises to Increase Height?
Wed, 28 Oct 2009

Most surveys show that the vast majority of people would prefer to grow an extra few inches. The problem is that without some sort of risky surgery - it has always been out of the question. Sports players, specifically basketball players, always seem to be much taller though. Most people assume that they are basketball players because they are tall - not that they are tall because they are basketball players. Unfortunately the latter is more often true than the former.

Many sports players have intense workouts full of exercises that are meant to help them actually grow a couple inches. These exercises to increase height are just an extraordinary mystery to most people. Others, who do know about these exercises, don't feel the need to share them with anyone else. This is unfortunate because it could change many peoples lives to be just a few inches taller.

What's even more unfortunate however, is that most people think that height is completely based around genetics. Of course once you understand how height actually works, you can get rid of this myth. It does have some basis with how tall your parents are and how your genetics turn out, but not as much as many people think. Have you ever seen someone with huge parents, but they aren't? Or vice verse?

Well you probably HAVE. It's not some weird genetic mutation though, they just manipulated their growth pattern at some point - whether intended or not. Nowadays people are finally realizing that ANYONE can do that. Because of this, the average height is now going up and up. Never before have so many people been able to grow themselves to a taller stature.

So where do you find these exercises to Increase Height? Well it can be an arduous search if you don't know where to begin. I recommend you go to Grow Taller 4 Idiots for a guide that will teach you everything you could possibly want or need to know about increasing your height.
