If you are having lots of phlegm and unwanted mucous, you can try taking a combination of black pepper and mint tea which will help well.
2. Dandruff
People having dandruff are very troubled or frustrated as it leaves dry, flaking scales on their clothing. If you live in tropical climates, then the chances are pretty high due to the humidity in the atmosphere.
You might need lemon and sandalwood oil to help you with that.
Lemon - fresh lemon juice are proven to have your scalp cleanses effectively, and,
Sandalwood oil - aids in keeping the moisture between your skin layers so as to reduce the amount of oil secretion.
For a start, blend one part of sandalwood oil with three parts of fresh lemon juice.
3. Constipation
Based on studies, the number of female suffering from constipation is much higher than man. They might at risk of developing further related illnesses as your body are unable to get rid of unwanted waste.
To prevent that, you need to make sure you consume enough water (at least 8 glasses a day and foods which are high fibre liked whole grain products, spinach, fruits and green leafy vegetables. With that, you can rest assure to visit the toilet daily.
