Methods on How to End Facial Hyperhidrosis - Various Treatment Options
Sun, 11 Oct 2009

Facial Hyperhidrosis is rough, it's tough, and unfortunately it is something that a lot of people have to deal with. Hyperhidrosis is a condition where the sweat glands produce far more sweat than the average human.

It can be uncomfortable and humiliating. Are you tired of looking drenched and afraid that people notice?

Chances are people do notice and even worse they may even be able to smell you. This is highly embarrassing and you don't deserve to live like this. Are you ready to find out how to end facial Hyperhidrosis?

Before I let you in on the best method to ending excessive facial sweating. lets look at what other options people are using as a means of treatment.

One option people have been using is the treatment of Botulinum toxin otherwise known as Botox. But this treatment has its price and it's a hefty one. The face is the most noticeable area that sweat will form and Botox only lasts so long. So it has to be applied every few months through injections. Botox has not been approved for the treatment of facial sweating and has been known to cause side effects. I'm sure this procedure does not feel very good, I would stay from the Botox needles at all costs.

Shaving does wonders for a sweaty scalp. The scalp is quite vulnerable to a high production of sweat. One with a lot of hair will generally have more heat locked in that area causing more sweat and a mess of soaked hair. This leads to itchiness and bad hair. With a shaved head one could apply antiperspirant to help with the sweating and there wont be any hair to absorb the sweat.

The neck is also a problem area for someone of Hyperhidrosis. With longer hair the back of the neck is where a lot sweat will tend to form. Antiperspirant could be applied to the back of the neck to relieve the nappy sweat.

Shaving and antiperspirants seem to help out and are certainly worth a shot. Botox on the other hand I would personally stay away from. If you've tried all these methods and your still trying to figure out How to End Facial Hyperhidrosis you might like to know what cured me of my sweating problem.
