Have you ever planned a fun night out, put on a nice shirt, then got embarrassed and went home early because you sweat so bad you got major pit stains? This can ruin an otherwise fun night, who wants to have to go home and change because they can't control their perspiration? What a bummer to go out, then half an hour later your armpits are dripping like a leaky faucet, soaking up your shirt and offending the noses of everybody around you!
This is actually a common problem; many people suffer from excessive sweating, otherwise known as hyperhydrosis. And understandably, these people would gladly get rid of this embarrassing issue!
Fortunately, this is an issue that can be remedied. There are various treatments to combat heavy sweating, depending on what type of sweating and how severe it is. Here are a couple simple things you can do to reduce this problem.
Avoid tight clothes when you can. What you want to do with your choice of clothes is not wear anything that will restrict your circulation, you want your body to be able to breathe, and not feel too restrictive. Choose materials that are made out of natural textiles like cotton or silk. These materials are breathable and allow your skin to dry out easier if some sweating happens.
Drink plenty of water. This will help reduce all the toxins in your body, and if you happen to sweat it will help to reduce the odor. Make sure to drink the recommended 8 glasses a day. As we all know, water helps with a plethora of other health issues too, so make sure to drink up!
